About the role
About Integrity Global Logistics (IGL)
Integrity Global Logistics is a minority women-owned transportation and logistics company that arranges time-sensitive, compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and small parcels for healthcare, government, and commercial clients. I GL holds the client contracts and manages the compliance requirements that come with them. The delivery work itself is performed by independent courier businesses that contract with IGL.
About This Engagement
IGL contracts with independent courier operators, both single-vehicle owner-operators and fleet owners with their own drivers, to run pharmaceutical and small parcel routes in the Chicago area under IGL client contracts.
This is a business-to-business independent contractor engagement, not employment. The Contractor runs its own business, furnishes its own vehicle, insurance, and tools, decides which route offers to accept, and controls how it performs the work. IGL does not set hours, supervise day-to-day activity, or require exclusivity.
The one thing IGL does require is that every delivery performed on an IGL client route meets the handling, custody, and documentation standards in that client's contract. Those standards come from the client and from state and federal regulation, and they apply the same way to every contractor IGL engages.
Scope of Services
The Contractor is engaged to deliver a result: packages picked up and delivered accurately, inside the client's service window, with custody intact and documented. The items below describe that result. Method is the Contractor's call.

Professional Conduct
- Conduct business professionally at all pickup and delivery points - Communicate clearly and promptly with IGL dispatch and client sites - Keep any vehicle used for pharmaceutical transport clean, secure, and in safe operating condition, as the client contract and the law require
Service Standards
- These are the performance measures written into IGL's client contracts. IGL tracks them because its clients hold IGL to them. Contractors who meet them consistently can expect continued and expanded route offers; contractors who don't may see offers reduced or the Agreement ended, as a matter of contract performance. - On-time delivery within the client service window - Delivery accuracy: right package, right recipient, right location - Complete and timely chain-of-custody and proof-of-delivery records - Incident-free performance with no lost, damaged, tampered, or misdelivered shipments - Prompt exception reporting - Professional conduct at client sites
