01Who we are and what this policy covers

Team Integrity I, LLC operates Team Integrity Knowledge Center. In this policy, “TIKC,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that business. This policy covers this website, inquiries sent to TIKC and information TIKC receives to arrange or provide its services and resources.

You can read the public news, service and legal pages without creating an account. Separate products and the booking, payment, media and social providers used with this site may have additional notices. This policy does not control how an independent provider handles information you give directly to it.

02Information you provide

If you submit the contact form, email us, book a call or engage our services, the information involved may include your name, email address, phone number, business details, service interests, correspondence and information you choose to provide about your request. We use that information to respond, arrange the requested interaction and provide or support the agreed service.

If you buy a resource through a linked checkout, the payment provider collects the information required for that transaction. TIKC may receive order, payment-status, contact and fulfillment information needed to process the purchase and provide support. This website does not provide its own card-entry form.

Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, controlled government information, proprietary proposal materials or sensitive supporting documents through a general inquiry or call brief. Wait for appropriate instructions and an agreed scope before sharing sensitive records.

03Private worksheet and call preparation

The optional certification worksheet asks categorical questions about ownership, citizenship, an economic-eligibility profile, HUBZone status, business operating history and SAM.gov status. Some of these answers can be sensitive. You do not need to complete the worksheet to book a call.

Worksheet selections are used in your browser to show preliminary possible pathways. When you choose to prepare a call brief, the answers are saved in that browser tab’s session storage so you can review them on the call-preparation page and after a reload. They are not automatically submitted to TIKC, added to the booking URL or forwarded to a calendar.

You decide whether to copy the brief and whether to share it. Copying places text on your device’s clipboard; it does not submit it to TIKC. If you paste it into an email, booking form or another service, that is a separate disclosure you control.

Use “Clear my answers” on the call-preparation page to remove the saved brief. Browser settings and session-restore features can affect how long tab data remains available; do not rely solely on closing a tab to remove sensitive information from a shared device. You can also clear this site’s browser data. If storage is unavailable, the interface explains any persistence or clearing limitation.

04Technical information and browser storage

Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical request information. Hosting, delivery and security services may receive IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or device information, referral information and error or access logs. This information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, reliability and prevention of abuse.

This site uses session storage for the private call brief as described above and for optional guide-checklist checkmarks in the current browser tab. Guide progress stores checklist item identifiers, not uploaded records or business, financial, ownership, or identity details. You can clear a guide’s checks on that guide. Checkmarks are not submitted to TIKC or added to booking links. Browser storage is distinct from a cookie sent with a web request. Browsers may also cache page assets. Cookies or similar technologies used by external booking, checkout, media or hosting services are governed by their purposes and notices.

Where an embedded video is offered, loading the player or choosing playback can connect your browser to the video provider and expose technical information to that provider. External sites may collect information when you follow their links.

Use your browser’s settings to inspect, restrict or delete cookies and site storage. Restricting storage can prevent a call brief or guide-checklist checkmarks from surviving a reload. This policy does not treat visiting a page as consent to unrelated marketing or to automatically sharing worksheet answers.

05How information is used

Depending on your interaction with us, information is used for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries and arranging requested calls.
  • Scoping, providing and supporting services or purchased resources.
  • Communicating about orders, scheduling, service delivery and support.
  • Operating, securing, troubleshooting and improving the website.
  • Maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes and complying with legal obligations.
  • Sending marketing communications where permitted and with consent where required.

06Providers and other disclosures

TIKC’s published privacy position is that it does not sell, rent or trade voluntarily submitted personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed to service providers as needed for hosting, communications, scheduling, payments, fulfillment, professional support and other activities performed on TIKC’s behalf.

When you submit a native website contact or service inquiry form, your email address is used to create or match a contact in TIKC’s HighLevel / LeadConnector CRM. Your supplied name, optional phone number, message and any business name, service answers, public solicitation link or deadline you choose to provide are saved as an inquiry note for the team and can trigger an internal team alert. The form’s page and supported campaign labels from the submitted page link may also be recorded; private worksheet answers, full browsing history and arbitrary URL parameters are not automatically included. This does not book an appointment, determine certification eligibility, accept a deadline or subscribe you to marketing. Avoid sensitive information in the form.

The calendar embedded on the strategy-call page is provided by HighLevel / LeadConnector, using TIKC’s existing booking system. Loading it connects your browser to that provider. Details you enter and submit in the calendar are processed there to arrange your appointment; the local worksheet is not automatically passed into the calendar. Payments use TIKC’s separate hosted Stripe checkout. Review the information, terms and privacy notices presented by those services before submitting or paying.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse or fraud, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable legal requirements. These circumstances do not mean that your local worksheet brief is automatically sent to TIKC.

07Communications and marketing choices

Contacting us or booking a call allows us to respond to that request; it is not a blanket opt-in to unrelated email or text campaigns. If you subscribe to marketing communications, use the unsubscribe instructions provided or contact us to change your preferences. Essential order, service and legal communications may still be sent.

When you use a newsletter signup form and agree to receive The Briefing, your email address is used to create or match a contact in TIKC’s HighLevel / LeadConnector CRM. Your consent wording and version, submission time, form placement and page path without query parameters are recorded with the request. Eligible contacts are labeled for the newsletter; existing email opt-outs and do-not-contact preferences are not removed. Newsletter signup does not book an appointment or grant permission for SMS or unrelated marketing. Use the unsubscribe instructions in newsletter emails or contact TIKC to change your preferences.

This site stores a newsletter-request confirmation flag in your browser to avoid repeating the floating signup invitation. Dismissing the invitation suppresses it for seven days in that browser. These preferences do not contain your email address; clearing browser storage or using another browser can show the invitation again. Resource tools marked unavailable do not deliver a download.

08Retention and security

The local call brief follows the browser-storage behavior described above. For information received by TIKC, retention depends on the purpose of the interaction, the service relationship, accounting or legal requirements, dispute resolution and reasonable business-record needs. This policy does not promise one retention period for every category.

No website, email system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use care when deciding what to send, and contact us if you believe information has been exposed or sent in error. Do not send additional sensitive information simply to report a concern.

09Your privacy requests

Depending on your location, the law that applies and any applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or exercise rights concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Not every right applies to every business or type of information.

Email info@teamintegrityknowledgecenter.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the request and the context of your interaction with TIKC. Do not include identity documents or sensitive financial information in the initial email. We may need to verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority before responding.

If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a privacy-request decision, reply using the same contact address and identify the decision you want reviewed. You may also have a right to contact the relevant privacy regulator. Exercising applicable privacy rights should not result in unlawful discrimination.

10International visitors

TIKC is a United States business. Interactions with TIKC and its service providers can involve processing in the United States or other countries where providers operate, and those countries may have different privacy laws.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis or safeguards for processing or international transfers, those requirements apply. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your request or a contract, a legal obligation, consent where required, or legitimate business interests subject to applicable rights. Contact us with questions about your particular interaction.

11Children’s information

TIKC’s business services and resources are intended for adults, not children under 18. Do not submit personal information about a child through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the matter can be investigated and the information handled appropriately.

12Changes to this policy

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be addressed with additional notice or consent where the law requires it. A new notice does not remove rights that apply to information already collected.
