About the role
We are seeking a Capture Support Specialist to own the mechanics of our government contracting pipeline across TIKC and IGL. This is a process, compliance, and deadline role — the operational engine behind capture.
You will monitor federal, state, and local procurement portals for qualifying opportunities, maintain the pipeline of active pursuits, build compliance matrices from solicitations, assemble proposal volumes and required documentation, coordinate teaming partner submissions, and manage the submission process end to end.
Capture strategy, pricing, and customer relationships are owned by executive leadership. Your success is measured by whether we identify the right opportunities early, submit complete and compliant packages, and never miss a deadline.
