Who is TIKC? TIKC stands for Team Integrity Knowledge Center. We are a premium consulting firm that work with small to medium transportation companies to build, grow and scale their business with Government contracting. TIKC was formed by Melanie Patterson, a previous Nurse practitioner in ER/Trauma.

Meet The CEO

Melanie Patterson is the founder and CEO of Integrity Global Logistics and Team Integrity Knowledge Center, both headquartered in Chicago, IL. These companies specialize in providing transportation services and business consulting to help small to large business owners build, grow, and scale their operations strategically.

A Chicago native, Melanie has over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience. She completed her undergraduate studies at Olivet Nazarene University and her graduate studies at Governors State University. Before fully immersing herself in entrepreneurship, Melanie worked as an ER trauma nurse for seven years, balancing this demanding role while running her own business.

Melanie's track record of innovative and forward-thinking leadership is reflected in her ability to drive business growth with integrity. As a strategic thinker, she has broken barriers in transportation and government contracting as a minority woman. Her accomplishments include securing over $10 million in government contracts, hauling for the Department of Defense (DoD), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), scaling a trucking company to seven figures in under two years, leading a team of over 20 staff members, managing more than 10 asset-based trucking portfolios, and mentoring small business owners to success.

Looking ahead, Melanie is poised to make a significant impact on the transportation community as a keynote speaker, coach, and global empire. She is determined to be a pioneering force in bringing diversity and inclusion to the transportation and logistics industry
